This photo was shot in the northeastern region of South Africa while at Londolozi Game Reserve. The beautiful leopard was waiting for his mate to appear from the other side of the thicket. As we waited to observe them, I noticed the lovely sunlight from the setting sun moving through the bushes. It cast contrasting shadows upon him. The scene was magical. All I could do was photograph this special moment. This is one of my favorite photos I shot while being on a three-month assignment in the southern region of Africa. It can now be a beautiful addition to your home or office interior.
